“Easter photo,” April 12, 2020. . . . . Nacho found my photo lighting gear in the closet today and wanted his portrait taken. We had to run to the grocery store for batteries, set up the flash stands, and get into his “Easter clothes,” only for me to remember that my #sonya7ii was at the office. We scrambled to my office. Missed the best light by a few minutes. I’m holding my @mpex_photo_video Lumopro 180, flash sync, and umbrella in my left hand, camera in my right. Thankfully, the university is a ghost town on Sunday’s, and the added social distancing meant we could get in and out relatively quickly. #sonyalpha #familytime #coronavairus #covid19

Another shot from our night at the Missouri Theater for a children’s night. After the concert they did a “petting zoo” of the musical instruments.

Ignacio was captivated by the symphony the other night. Afterward we got his very first “when I grow up I will be…” statement. “A conductor” he told us.
